The CharmingChains Guarantee Try to get this good of a guarantee from mainline jewelry stores that sell mass produced non-unique items; it will cost you an arm and a leg! If you don’t just get laughed at! If you get your piece of jewelry and it does not meet or exceed your expectations – SEND IT BACK! As our customer, we want you to be AMAZED by your jewelry. Each of our designs was crafted out of a small piece of our hearts, which we want to share with you. Each piece is handmade for you to enjoy. We want every piece to be loved and worn by its owner; otherwise we have wasted our time. The piece must be registered to return it for any reason.48 hours – Ship it back for a full refund* If you ship your piece back to us within 48 hours of receiving it, we will refund your full purchase amount for that piece when it arrives here safely and undamaged.
Return up to 15
days – Refund minus our costs to ship it* If within 15 days you want to return your piece ship it back and we will refund the purchase price minus our cost to ship it. We will post your refund when the piece arrives here safely and undamaged. After all, we do not want you to keep a piece you do not wear, but we cannot afford to ship jewelry all over the world for free.
Return up to 45 days – Return for Store Credit* If within 45 days you want to return your piece for store credit, ship it back to us. When it arrives safely and undamaged, we will credit your next purchase the amount of the piece that has been returned minus our shipping costs.
For the Registered Owner for LIFE: Three Free “Fix Its” – you pay to ship it to us, and we’ll pay to ship it back.
If your piece breaks for any reason – you do it, we did not make it right, whatever: Pack up all the pieces and send it back.
If all the pieces arrive safely we will repair the
damage. If there was a fault in our design, let us know, we will try to correct it. However, keep in mind that if there did prove to be some kind of weakness, we may change the design a bit to make it more durable (at our cost of course). We do not guarantee watch faces, check for a manufacturers warranty. If there are broken components of the jewelry that we cannot replace (one of a kind pieces) we will find similar components to replace them with.
If not all the pieces are sent back we will repair the damage and you will be responsible for the cost of new material we have to replace. After all, we cannot afford to give away free gemstones and precious metals.
If it breaks again: We will always repair your piece to the best of our abilities.
In the Unlikely event that a piece has broken more than 3 times. Ship it back and we will charge labor, materials (if anything needs replacement) and shipping.
