To Customize A Piece:

• Tell us which piece you wish to customize.
• Tell us what you would like to change.
• Starting Prices for Customized Pieces are the Price of the Original Piece.
  • The price will go up or down depending on the materials you want

To Commission A Piece:

• Tell us what genuine gemstones, colors, precious metals and chain weaves you prefer.
• Tell us what kind of piece you want.
• Give us a price range to aim for.
• Starting prices for commission pieces (we cannot make an item for less than this price):
  • Silver
    • Bracelet: $100
    • Necklace: $200
    • Earrings: $50
    • Sets: $300
  • Gold
    • Bracelet: $400
    • Necklace: $700
    • Earrings: $150
    • Sets: $1100

We Will Provide A Quote That Will Include:

• Rough drawings/description of the piece(s)
• Gemstone and Metal availability for the piece
• Time estimate to complete once payment has been made

Once The Piece Is Made:

• CharmingChains will send pictures of the piece (usually by email) for approval
  • If a response is not received within one week, we will ship the piece
  • Before the piece leaves CharmingChains, up to 3 redesigns can be requested (though these make the time it takes to get you the piece take longer)
• Once the Piece is shipped to you, you may ship it back for design modifications up to 3 times. You pay to ship it to us; we pay to ship it back.
• If you would like further design modifications: we charge labor, materials and shipping.
